Delete Your HKYHUB Account

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Sign in and open your Profile page.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm with Yes, Delete.

This permanently deletes your profile (name, email, avatar, notification preferences, team membership), your sign-in credentials, your device push tokens and notifications, your direct-message conversations, and your session registrations — usually within a few minutes. Messages you posted in team chat are kept for the team but de-identified (your name is removed). It cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us with the subject Account Deletion Requestfrom the address associated with your account, and we'll delete your account and data within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile information, sign-in credentials, notification preferences, and device push tokens.

Content you contributed to shared spaces — such as chat messages, game RSVPs, or roster entries created by your team — may remain until removed by your team or until you request full removal via the email option above. We don't retain personal data after a deletion request is processed, except where required by law.
