How do I join my team?
Ask your coach or team manager to send you an invite link. Open the link on your device and follow the on-screen steps to create an account and join the team.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you signed up with. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
I signed in with Apple but my name is blank. Why?
Apple only shares your name once — the very first time you sign in. If you skipped or hid it, you can update your display name anytime from your profile page inside the app.
How do I enable push notifications?
Open Settings on your device, find HKYHUB, and turn on Notifications. The app will then ask your permission the first time you sign in.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request and we will remove your data within 5 business days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email [email protected] with a description of what happened and the device / OS version you're on. Screenshots are always appreciated.
